Ok after last weeks rainout
and the on and off rains all week, it was a great weather day for
racing. We had a nice breeze and it was partly cloudy it was humid in
the mid point of the day but the winds cooled it back down. With two
other big events going on at tracks close to us we still had a good turn
out of cars and bikes.
In the super pro bracket we
started round one with two perfect .500 lights by Rodney Easterling and
Jerry Cochran, and thirteen dead on the dial runs. In round two we had
two .502 lights and six dead on runs and one was with a zero. In round

defending track champion was looking for his first of the year. Bigler
got the win with a .507 light and ran dead on his 6.40 dial in with a
6.400 at 107.61 Ford broke out with a 5.488 at 126.09 on a 5.49 dial in.
