In the quarter final round Dave Caplinger from Xenia, Ohio raced against Don Hunter from Hillsboro, Ohio. Don pulled the red light giving the automatic win to Dave. In the next match up Jason Ford from Kettering, Ohio had the starting line advantage over Ronnie Wilson Jr. from Cincinnati, Ohio. With the starting line advantage Jason was able to take the win. In the next match up Rich Evans from Xenia, Ohio cut a .5078 light to Ryan Burba, from Beavercreek, Ohio .5269 light. Rich was sable to use his starting line advantage to take the win into the next round. In the last match up of the round Brett Cottle from Xenia, Ohio got the win over Thomas Smith from Fort Wayne, Indiana.
In the semi finals Jason Ford raced against Brett Cottle. Jason cut a .5270 to Brett’s .5400 light. Jason’s starting line advantage was enough to take the win. In the last match up in this round Dave Caplinger defeated a red lighting Rich Evans, which placed him in the final round.
In the final round Dave’s luck ran out and he pulled the red light giving the win to Jason Ford.
In the quarterfinals of the Pro class Bill Livesay from Fairborn, Ohio competed against Kenny Long from Springfield, Ohio. Bill had the starting line advantage and was able take the win. In the next match up Mike Gill from Washington Court House, Ohio broke out giving the win to Mick Pence from Bainbridge, Ohio. In the next match up Patrick Partee Jr. from Xenia, Ohio competed against Tim Rose from Huber Heights Ohio. Partee was able to use his starting line advantage to take the win.
In the semi finals Mick Pence competed against Patrick Partee. Partee took the red light giving the automatic win to Mick. The final run of the round was a solo pass as Bill Livesay advanced to the final round by receiving the bye run.
The final round was between Mick Pence and Bill Livesay. Bill Livesay had trouble in the semi finals and was unable to make the call giving Mick the automatic win.
The quarterfinals of sportsman found some tough competitors trying to take home the win. Since this was the final points race it was also the Quick Rev race. Quick Rev was going to award extra money to any of the qualifiers that was able to take home the win. Doug Caplinger from Xenia, Ohio was able to take the win over a red lighting Ronnie King from Urbana, Ohio. Sam Bunch from Centerville, Ohio competed against Rock Osterfield from Minster, Ohio in the next race of the round. Sam was able to take the win with his starting line advantage. The next race was between Matt Spradlin from Springfield, Ohio against Ken Forsythe from Fairborn, Ohio. Matt was able to get the starting line advantage and beat a breaking out Ken. The final race of the round was Yolanda Spencer from Waynesville, Ohio against Lacy Emory from Beavercreek, Ohio. Lacy had the starting line advantage but was not able to hold on for the win.
In the Semi finals Sam Bunch was able to defeat Yolanda Spencer on a double breakout win. Doug Caplinger cut a .5130 light to Matt Spradlin’s .5700 light. The starting line advantage was able to help Doug take the double breakout win over Matt.
The final round of sportsman was a chance for Doug Caplinger to take home the Quick Rev money, however Sam Bunch was standing in his way. Doug was able to defeat a red lighting Sam Bunch and took the bonus home with him.
In the quarterfinals of Motorcycle Rick Haupt from Farmersville, Ohio faced off against Barry Coffman from Dayton, Ohio. Barry pulled the red light and gave Rick the win. In the next match up Kevin Hoskins from Cincinnati, Ohio raced against Gary Fredrick from Springfield, Ohio. Kevin cut a .5411 light to Gary’s .6150 light. Kevin’s starting line advantage was all that was needed to take the win. In the last match up of the round Michael Nugent from Tipp City, Ohio competed against Steve Withem from Fairborn, Ohio. Withem was able to get the starting line advantage and took the win over Michael Nugent.
The semi final round was between Rick Haupt and Withem competed for the chance to race in the final round. Rick had a .5039 light to Withem’s red lighting start. Kevin Hoskins was able to use his bye run to advance to the final.
The final round was between Rick Haupt and Kevin Hoskins. Rick had the starting line advantage and was able to take the win over a breaking out Kevin Hoskins. In the final round of the high school eliminator Andrew England from West Chester Ohio took the singe for the win.
In the junior dragster final Paige Vance from West Chester, Ohio pulled the red light and gave the win to Ben Browder from Fairborn, Ohio.
