Knight, Beavers, and Vance take wins,
all others fall to Mother Nature!

 

            Over 200 cars showed for racing action, however mother nature would delay the racing by almost four hours, but the Kil-Kare Track crew would give a stellar effort in drying the track, and getting the surface ready for eliminations. Racing would continue into the wee hours of the morning, and the action would be called after second round due to lateness. The Junior Dragsters and Xtreme Outlaws would be the closest to finished.
            In the Junior Dragster 8-9 class we would see Justin Knight dialing a 12.90 to the 13.33 of  Jayden Mitchell. Mitchell would go red making Knight the winner in the 8-9 class.

 


            In the 10-12 class we would see Emily Crum dialing 8.90 to the 9.08 of Shelby Stacy. Stacy would cut a .062 light, however it would be Crum with the win light on a 9.154 pass. Next would be Kyle Beavers dialing an 8.94 to the 8.95 of Jacob Castle. Beavers would cut a .126 for the better light, and would take the win light with a 9.039. Next would be Allison Neeld dialing a 10.88 to the 12.64 from Nick Gilmore. Neeld would cut a .012, and would take the win with an 11.058. Hunter Hughes would have the bye to the semis.
            In the semis we would see Hughes dialing an 8.93 to the 8.90 of Crum. Hughes would cut a .104 light and would take the win with an 8.954. Next would be Beavers dialing an 8.94 to the 10.90 of Neeld. Neeld would go red moving Beavers to the finals.

 


            In the finals we would see Beavers dialing 9.09 to the 8.93 of Hughes. Beavers would cut a .018 light and would take the win with a 9.206 pass.
            In the 13 & Up quarterfinals we would see Kylie Derifield dialing a 7.95 to the 7.90 of Brooke Adams. Adams would have the better light with a .014, however it would be Derifield with the win light on a 7.950. Next would be Brianna Kelly dialing an 8.04 to the 9.00 of Garreth Sheppeard. Kelly would cut a .014 light and would run an 8.109. Paige Vance would be on the bye.
            In the semis we would see Vance dialing a 7.90 to the 7.95 of Derifield. Vance would cut a .076 light and would take the win with a 7.922. Kelly would have the bye to the finals.
            In the finals we would see Vance dialing a 7.90 to the 8.09 of Kelly. Vance would once again have the better reaction with a .012, and would take the win with a 7.937.
