Super Saturday brought racing action to Kil-Kare on a Hot steamy June Saturday, in the Super Pro Quarterfinals we would see Dave Burk of Piqua dial a 4.86 to the 5.23 of Boomer Ellison of Beavercreek. Ellison would go red moving Purk to the semis. Next would be Matt Barrett of Beavercreek dialing a 5.34 to the 4.80 of Billy Sellman of Hillsboro. Barrett would cut a .506 light however Billy would make the pass with a 4.816 for the breakout win. The last pair for the quarterfinals would be Darren Campbell of Xenia dialing a 6.45 to the 5.37 of Steven Collier from Dayton. Campbell would cut a .521 light and would take the win with a 6.477 pass. In the semis it would be Campbell dialing a 6.48 to the 4.80 of Sellman. Sellman would cut a .504 light and would take the breakout win with a 4.826 pass. Burk would have the bye into the finals. Thunderstorms would set in prior to the finals being run, which resulted in a split between Burk and Sellman. In the pro quarterfinals it would be Tom Peters of Fairborn dialing a 5.91 to the 8.85 of Doug Thompson of Columbus. Peters would cut a .531 light and would take the win with a 5.961. Next would be Darren Campbell of Xenia dialing a 6.45 to the 7.30 of Jim Beard from Springfield. Beard would cut a .510 light and would take the win with a 7.347 pass. The last pair for the round would be Brian Hendrickson of Hamilton dialing a 7.76 to the 6.84 of Jason Fedkow of Beavercreek. Fedkow would cut a .546 light and would take the breakout win with a 6.869 pass. In the semis it would be Peters dialing a 5.92 to the 7.30 of Beard. Beard would cut a .537 light and would take the win light with a 7.348. Jason Fedkow of Beavercreek would have the bye run. In the finals it would be Beard dialing a 7.30 to the 6.90 of Fedkow. In the Sportsman quarterfnals we would see Doug Thomopson of Columbus dialing a 13.63 to the 17.08 of Steven Collier from Dayton. Thompson would go red moving Collier to thee semis. Next would be Mike Haines of Spring Valley dialing a 12.00 to the 13.45 of Steve Layton from Gallaway. Layton would have the better reaction time with a .586 however Haines would take the win with a 12.019 pass. The last pair of the round it would be Rick Gladman of Columbus dialing a 12.53 to the 14.59 of Pete Caroll. Gladman would get the better light with a .527 and would take the win with a 12.687. In the semis it would be Haines dialing a 12.00 to the 17.09 of Collier. Haines would take the stripe with a 12.006 for the breakout win. Gladman would ride the bye to the finals. In the finals it would be Haines dialing a 12.00 to the 12.52 of Gladman. Gladman would take the breakout win with a 12.520. In Buckminn’s D&D Harley Davison Pro Bike Division we would see Scott Sheppeard from Springfield dialing an 8.88 to the 8.82 of Rick Haupt from Farmersville. Sheppeard would bring out the red light moving Haupt onto the next round. Next would be Thad Neeld from St. Paris dialing a 9.52 to the 10.14 of Ceslie Shellhaas of Springfield. Ceslie would get the better light with a .513, but Neeld would receive the win light with a 9.573. Next would be Michael Nugent of Medway dialing a 9.75 to the 9.65 of Tony Parker from Dayton. Nugent would cut a .502 light and would take the win light with a 9.788. The last pair for the round would be Bradley Shellhaas from Springfield dialing an 8.77 to the 10.84 of Steve Withem from Fairborn. Withem would get a .516 light along with a 10.846 for the win. In the semis it would be Neeld dialing a 9.51 to the 8.84 of Haupt. Reaction time difference would be .0002 in favor of Neeld, but it would be Haupt for the win, with an 8.883. Next would be Nugent dialing a 9.75 to the 10.83 of Withem. Withem would take the win with a 10.856 ride. In the finals we would see Haupt dial an 8.84 to the 10.85 of Withem. Haupt would be better at the tree with a .533, and would ride to the win with an 8.840. In the Juniors 13 & Up semis we would watch as JD Rase would dial a 10.04 to the 7.99 of Melanie Rase both from Hillsboro. JD would cut the better light with a .512, but it would be Melanie with the win light on a 8.064. Next would be Mikah Miller of Xenia and Edmond Ellison of Beavercreek both dialed for a 7.90 heads up race. Ellison would take the reaction time battle with a .533 light, and would take the win with a 7.967. Ellison would dial 7.90 to the 8.05 of Rase, reaction time difference would only be .0005 for Ellison. The win light would come on for Edmond Ellison with a 7.886. In the 10-12 quarterfinals we would see Kylie Derifield of Lebanon dialing an 8.90 to the 8.98 of Caleb Ellison from Beavercreek. Ellison would cut a .550 light with a 9.165 pass for the win. Next would be Garreth Shepeard of Springfield dialing a 9.10 to the 8.96 of Kyle Beavers from Urbana. Beavers would cut a .624 light and would take the breakout win with a 9.007 pass. Shelby Stacy of New Carlisle would have the bye. In the semis it would be Stacy dialing an 8.93 to the 8.96 of Beavers. Beavers would cut a .504 light and would take the win with a 9.073 pass. Caleb Ellison would be on the bye. In the finals it would be an 8.94 dial for Ellison against Beavers’ 8.98. Beavers would go red giving Ellison the win.
